The actor's name is Jeffery Dean Morgan.
I figure if Dean's going ot get out of hell, why not Johnny too?

He actually has a new movie coming out where he's like an "ANIHERO". lol. I believe it is called "Watchmen", but I am not entirely sure.

I will admit freely that I cheated on the background and pasted because I was lazy and didn't feel like doing it. lol.
...but the rest I did. All Me. :)

Pretty. :)

It'd be a bit cleaner-looking if you used a smudge tool to even out some of the choppiness of the brush strokes, but it still looks very nice.

This one looks much more nicer (compared to your previous pics [probably because its in colour]). I like how you've captured his eyes.
